Room for Rent

Description

My name is Maria, I’m 30, single, with no kids or pets. I’m looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle. I’m pretty laid-back during the week—usually meal prepping, relaxing, and getting ready for the next day. On weekends, I like to unwind, have a few drinks, smoke, and play music (sometimes loud), so it would be best to find someone who’s comfortable with that. The house is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a living room, office space, kitchen, front yard, and backyard. There’s also plenty of parking available. My car is currently out of commission, so if you have reliable transportation and are open to occasionally helping with rides to work, that’s a plus. I’m open to negotiating rent in that case, but it’s not required. Overall, I’m looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and open to creating a comfortable living situation where we can both help each other out if needed.
