You would pay half of utilities, and fiber-optic high-speed WiFi internet. Landlord pays for landscaping and pest control. Landlord is excellent to work with. He is looking for a 1 year lease with upfront first and last month's rent (total upfront $2,200) plus a non-refundable $500 cleaning deposit. My roommate of 3 1/4 years is moving out of state and I'm looking for someone similar to her: we got along and we kept to ourselves, no drama, no smoking, no drugs. Quiet, reliable.
