I am an education student and my partner is a fine arts major at UW-River falls. We have a cat named Egg. We both enjoy art, theatre, music, reading, birding, going on hikes, watching tv. We are also both very into cooking/baking. We are organized and clean in common spaces and would like someone who respects that and cleans up after themselves too! Neither of us are very loud so noise shouldn’t be an issue either! Room is available Aug 30th.
Close to the uwrf campus. Laundry is in unit. 4 bedroom- 2 bathroom apartment. Ideally looking for 2-3 other roommates for the cheapest rent. (Total rent is 1700$ so rent with 4 of us is around 420$) 1-2 means we could have an “office” set up in the extra bedroom. (However rent would be closer to 550$)
