Looking for someone to take over my lease at The George! I originally planned on attending grad school at Georgia Southern, but my plans changed and I no longer need the apartment. The lease starts in August and rent is $675/month for a room in a 2-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom. • WiFi is included
• Parking is free
• Utilities are covered up to $35/month, then you pay anything over that
• There is a $25/month furniture fee included in the rent I haven’t been assigned a room or roommates yet, the apartment complex told me you can move in with a friend and request each other as roommates, put in your own roommate preferences, or have them match you with someone!!
