The monthly rent is $1000, including utilities (electric, water, gas, internet, trash service, lawn care) for each room, and the rooms are available on July 1. Room #1 contains queen bed, desk, executive chair, mini fridge, side table, and sliding door closet. Room #2 contains full size bed, side table, and walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has double sinks, and toilet/shower area is connected, but separate from sink area. Tenant also has access to a shared, upstairs media space containing a TV, sofa, work desk, and Playstation 5 console. This is a shared space with tenant that uses this space for arts and crafts. Tenant also permitted to use downstairs common spaces-- half bath, living room, kitchen, backyard, and laundry area. Parking: 1 driveway space and one street space are available. Requirements:
Non Smoker
Must be OK with dogs, as there are three in residence
Quiet during nighttime hours (11 pm-6 am)
Clean
Rental References required Preference given to a tenant that wants both rooms.
