roommate for july 1st rent wanted

hello! my name is blue, 23, and i am looking for a roommate starting july 1st 2026 thru december 2026. the lease renews in january. the rent is $1321 and water is $48. electric varies month to month. i usually save about $700/month and that covers everything. the apartment is close to mtsu on hazelwood street, and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. we do not have an in-unit washer and dryer, but we are close to the laundry room. the apartment complex also has a pool. i am looking for someone around my age, LBGTQ+ friendly, and chill. absolutely NO BIGOTS, RACISTS, TRANSPHOBES, ETC. i am okay with pets, as long as they are well trained and potty trained. as well, the complex has a $20/pet pet rent. thank you!
