Looking for young respectful roomie

Available July 13. Can be furnished if you sign year lease. Room has attached bath, it’s super nice marble. It won’t let me upload the pic for some reason. You’ll have access to private living room (loft) that is upstairs by your room. I keep my house spotless so I have a cleanliness based roommate agreement. You’ll have access to the pool, clubhouse, rooftop area with gorgeous view, gym, and the apartments screened in patio as well which I plan on making a tropical oasis. Wifi and cable included. This is at Aston Square, this part of Kissimmee has a ton of side roads which is great for avoiding traffic. It’s a 3 bedroom. 3rd room will be a guest room. If you’re a good roommate and we get along, you could use it for occasional guests.:) Hoping to find someone to stay a year, but am flexible on that. Would like someone quiet and respectful. I’m 29 and Christian. Would prefer someone similar. No pets, as I have a cat who is afraid of other animals. If you’re interested please let me know when you’re looking to move, and for how long.
