I am a 34 year old female renting out a private bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at The Retreat at Market Square in Frederick, MD. I am looking for a clean, respectful, responsible roommate who pays on time, communicates well, and wants a peaceful home. There is no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. Your portion of the rent will be $1075/month. We will share the utilities (split 50/50) and your estimated monthly utility cost is $145/month (includes internet, trash, utilities, and water/sewer). The apartment complex offers private garage parking for an additional $225/month. The lease runs through 10/31/2026 and we can discuss the option of extending it..
