We keep a calm, quiet, and clean home. We’re both working professionals, and one of us works from home, so having a peaceful environment during the day is important. We don’t usually have people over, and we really value our space as a place to come home and rest before heading out to work/play outside of the apartment. Because of that, this would be a great fit for someone who enjoys a quiet home environment and doesn’t plan on hosting guests frequently. Overnight guests are generally not something we accommodate (except occasional family visits). If you’re looking for a place where a partner or friends can come over often, this may not be the right fit for our apartment.
