Cost: ~ $950/month. Rent: $800, Utilities: ~$150
Amenities: Fitness center, pool, package locker room, yoga studio, access to greenbelt trails, in unit washer/dryer, reserved covered parking.
About: Second floor unit, located right off the greenbelt with easy access to Mopac and 360. 15 minutes from Downtown, South Congress, 5 minutes from Zilker. Access to public transit.
The other room is occupied by a friendly female professional in her 20’s who typically works from home. Can negotiate for furnished or unfurnished- message me if interested!
