Room for Rent in Shared Home.

I am a 34 year old single male with no kids looking for a roommate/renter at my home in Lincoln Park by Fort and Southfield. House is kept clean, furnished, garage for storage, I have two bedrooms available technically one downstairs and a loft upstairs. Also have basement. Mortgage is too expensive by myself. Also willing to share the utility and internet bills. I work 6 days a week so I’m not home very often. Looking for someone who is financially stable and responsible, down to earth no hotheads. Cleanliness is a must. Shared kitchen/bathroom/laundry. If you have kids just let me know your situation as far as full/part custody I don’t mind kids. Not looking for anyone who has pets.
