Description

The room for rent is located on a quiet Cul De Sac. The Bathroom is shared with one other person. Kitchen, Laundry, Back Yard is also shared. There is a senior dog that lives on the property.
The room is 10x10 with a window air conditioner. The room is meant for one person and the room is available July 1st. No belligerent drinking and I will run a background check so if you have any felonies or evictions I will most likely pass on you. 6 month to year lease option.
About the roomies:
3 males live on the property. Everyone works or goes to school and has very different schedules. Quiet type of household where everyone kind of keeps to themselves. Kitchen, laundry and backyard are shared.
