Looking for room!!

A little about me: My name is Kerby. I am 23 and graduate from a college in New York and looking to move to Boston to be closer to my girlfriend and to work in the theater and childcare fields.
I am open to any neighborhood, so long as I am still close to public transportation. I have a very polite kitty as well. Her name is Grace and she is 15 years old. She is litter trained and has never had an accident in her whole kitty life. She is very friendly with people but is slow to adjust to new cats. It isn't impossible for her to get along with other cats but she likes the solo cat lifestyle.
