$1,720/month + ½ utilities Looking for a roommate (male or female) to share a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in Redondo Beach. The available bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and is available July 1, 2026. The townhouse is just 3 blocks from the beach and includes:

• Dishwasher
• Cozy fireplace
• Private backyard
• Covered, gated parking
• Furnished common areas (bedroom unfurnished) Lease terms are an initial 6-month commitment, then month-to-month afterward. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. Non-smokers only. No drugs or weapons. One cat or dog may be considered. I currently have two friendly cats, so any additional pet would need to be a good fit. Please note: I don't currently have photos of the vacant room, as it is occupied through the end of June.
