Looking for a roomie

I have found a 1- bed 1 bath floor plan where I’m seeking a female roommate to split the rent and the utilities. It’s a friendly shared living set-up with a spacious living room. The community has fantastic amenities including a gym and a clubhouse. I’m looking to find a great roommate to team up and sign a long-term lease. I have looked into a few other properties to make a final decision before July 10. I’m looking for a responsible roommate who is willing to share utilities and split on time. Someone who communicates well when there is any issue or emergency. Someone who is willing to be friends and chat or cook, while respectful of boundaries.
