Lease Takeover

Hii!! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at The Haven! It is a private room in a 3 bed 3.5 bath house just a 5 min drive to campus. The Haven is in a gated community with a ton of amenities like in unit washer and dryer, modern appliances, pool, etc. The rent is $875 a month and the lease would run from Aug 8 2026-2027.
