Upper level room

I am renting out a room in my split level house basement. The room is entirely yours. The room is 13x10 with windows facing the backyard. There is also a bathroom in the bottom level so you do not need to go upstairs. All common areas are open to you as well. We (the owners) will occupy two of the other rooms, one on each level. Utilities cost will be split evenly with all residents. It is in prime Plymouth/Wayzata area close to 394 494.
