Private room & Bath MUST LOVE CATS

Description

I have a furnished private room with private bath(see photos) for rent for $750/month (+ $750 deposit)in Delray Beach off Military Tr. & Lake Ida Road, if you're not a cat lover please don't bother. I have rescue cats ( it's a semi long story) So if you love cats ( or have one) this might be a good situation. A single person would be best, but a couple might be considered for a higher fee. I might be looking for a little help with the cats- though I would do the heavy lifting. Not interested in drama. Not looking for a best friend, just someone who is looking for a nice place to live; honest, NO DRAMA, good humor etc. short term OK I work in Real Estate, from New England & Ohio. Divorced no children
