Furnished room available in a quiet 4-bedroom, 2-bath family home. Rent is $750/month with utilities included. A $700 refundable security deposit is required before move-in. Total move-in cost is $1,450. The room includes a full-size bed, sheets, blanket, pillow, desk, TV, sun-blocking curtains, and a small closet. The roommate will have use of the designated bathroom right next to the room, plus access to the kitchen, microwave, laundry, backyard, living room, and shared TV. We are a respectful family household with young children, so we are looking for someone clean, calm, kind, responsible, and comfortable living in a family environment. No smoking, heavy drinking, drugs, parties, guests, or unsafe behavior. Guests must be approved ahead of time. Before move-in, we require a video call, public in-person meeting, background check, proof of income, ID verification, one prior landlord or roommate reference, and a signed written agreement. Female roommate preferred due to the shared living arrangement and family-home environment. Looking for someone who values peace, privacy, communication, and mutual respect.
