Private Bedroom with Shared Bath

Hi! My roommates (2) and I looking for one female roommate to fill a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom house near SDSU. Move-in is July 1st. Rent is $1,197 per month, plus utilities (typically around $100/month). The house is located on a quiet residential street about 1 mile from SDSU and 0.5 miles from the trolley station. The home has guaranteed driveway parking for up to 4 cars, as well as plenty of street parking. The shared spaces are fully furnished and well maintained. The three roommates share access to one full bathroom and one half bathroom. We've lived here since last August and enjoy living here. We're generally pretty quiet and don't host parties, but we're completely fine with guests and family visits. We enjoy spending time together, whether that's grabbing coffee, going to the beach, or occasionally going out, and we'd love to find someone who's friendly, respectful, and a good fit for the house. A little about me - I'm in my first year of grad school at SDSU for accounting. In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking/cooking, yoga, and going to the beach.
