Looking for apt w/ move in July/Aug

Hello! I'm a working professional looking to move to El Segundo or South Bay this year. I'm looking for a minimum 1bed/1ba with some space for an at home office under $2900 or a 2bed/1ba. I do have one very clean can who has an automated litterbox so no messes or litter smells at any time. I'm flexible on the moving time and can move anytime in July and August but I am looking for a 1 year lease. Thank you!
