We have private rooms (shared bathroom) and a suite (600 sq. ft., private bathroom, and back patio) in a fully furnished house. Each room includes a lock and key, a queen-size bed (king-size for the suite) with a mattress, a desk, and a chair. We are safe, quiet, and clean, with a cleaning lady coming every couple of weeks to maintain the common areas. The current roommates are mostly UCF students. Amenities:
