Mildly sketchy credit deposit: $800 - $1,000 The apartment is nice. Full kitchen, large living room and plenty of space. I just need a stable body to help out. Please be aware this is a clean and tidy home. There is new carpet being installed throughout the apartment so the deposit covers any damage you may cause to it while living here. We will split the electric and wifi bills 50/50 each month, water and sewage already included. If we are smart and efficient with the lights and air the power bill is an 'average' of $150-$180. I can order wifi service through At&t (unless you have a better idea or plan that can include the entire apartment) that is $60/month. I'm currently using the landlord's signal until I can get someone in here. Room ready July 1st but can be earlier if need be.
