Roommate wanted

Hi, my name is Nyah. I am a 26-year old student. I am looking for a roommate who keeps places relatively clean and is respectful. The room is in Fort Collins. The monthly rent is $750 and the room is available on July 31st. My current roommate is moving away in July, the pictures are of his room currenty and will be cleared out and ready for move in July 31st. Walk in closet, 1.5 bath. Place is furnished as is but willing to move stuff around or swap stuff out. Good location and pretty close to CSU. It is an apartment, but more so built like a townhome or condo. Would need to be approved by property management. If you have pets a cat may be allowed but would need to be approved by property management.
