I live alone with my dog Loki, he is a 7 years old and very well trained and behaved. He comes almost everywhere with me, as I'm usually not home very often. He is a 35 lb medium golden retriever. He comes with me to work often, and almost anytime I go out to socialize. We appreciate and keep clean and organized spaces and appreciate the same. I love to cook, so there are surely some free and delicious meals in your future. I am in Real Estate, so not home very often and when I am it is to rest and have quiet time typically. Willing to pay $1,000 /mo and would hope that includes utilities, but open to negotiating.
