I'm Lauren and I'm looking for someone respectful and chill to rent out the 2nd bedroom in the space. My roommate is moving out with her partner soon, so I'm looking for an individual who would be interested in having their own private room with a shared bathroom.
I'm neat, I like to keep the space clean, I enjoy music and going to live events and adventures when I can. I go to school and work a hybrid job so l'm home here and there but won't intrude on you.
There's paid laundry on (coin only)
It's a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking.
Located in Valley Village, we're super central to the 101 and about 15 minutes from Hollywood with minimal traffic.
