A very nice house in SSF

The room will be available between June 2nd -June 5th. I am renting one of two downstairs bedrooms for $1,500. Looking for another female. Move in date is somewhat flexible.This room is 12x12 in size, with hardwood floors. This room is in the front of the house with a window that gets the afternoon sun. The room was recently painted and is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair, television (optional) and built-in closet. The roomies will have the downstairs bathroom to themselves. The 2nd bedroom has a female that is only in town 3-4 days a week. The house is a two story four-bedroom home with two full baths. I am the owner and I occupy one room upstairs. There is a washer and dryer for your use and full kitchen access. I try to provide a home vibe for everyone. There is a front lawn and welcoming porch in front to sit at and enjoy the neighborhood, as well is a small backyard with a canopy to sit under and relax. Must be a non-smoker insider & outside. No pets and will not be able to accommodate any at this time due to allergies. My home has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, Livingroom with cable tv in each room for you to use if you wish. There is Wi-fi throughout as well and is included in the monthly rent. There is limited storage in the rooms and hall closet only. The house is located two blocks off Grand Ave near the old City Hall. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of street parking during the day, but it can be a bit crowded after dinner. There are great renovations going on throughout the neighborhood which include some new condos and apartments with some retail. There is a new Cal-Train station and walkway being built on the corner of Grand. There are busses and shuttles that take you anywhere you need to get to including BART. There is easy access to 101 and 280 freeways going North and South.I work M-F and I am busy most every day including weekends so the house is quiet and comfortable.
