Prime location for fellow students

Hi. I'm Joleen. I am friendly, open, and pleasant. I rent a 2-bedroom across the street from Glendale Community College at 59th Ave and Olive in Glendale. This is an ideal location for students. I am an online student, but I'm taking a break until spring.The apartment is spacious and sits beside one of three pools. I need a roommate for the second bedroom available immediately. The rent is $1,300 per month, and we would split that two ways. I currently pay for the internet (AT&T) and SRP. We would split that too, unless you'd prefer to use another internet company of your own choosing. The complex covers water and sewer. I'm paraplegic and spend the majority of time in my room. You'd likely come into contact with my caregiver more than with me. She's only inside the apartment for 5 hours a day, 6 days a week, in the morning to do my laundry and shopping. Eventually, she might do some cooking, but that's all. I don't typically entertain guests, but you would be welcome to and would find the apartment accommodating for doing so.
