Upstairs of home for rent

My assisting my best friend in finding a roommate or two to help fill her upstairs of her home! She’s a night owl and works overnights but is clean and respectful, we’re working on cleaning and getting some renovations done in the home, better photos can be provided later. We are looking for either one person to rent the entirety of the upstairs for $1500 or we would find two roommates $700 for the smaller bedroom and $800 for the larger. The upstairs has two bedroom and a full bathroom with living space and kitchen. The kitchen would be shared as well as laundry which is downstairs. She likes EDM, Harley’s and owns a crap ton of vehicles including a Ford Raptor, Mustang and a Harley street glide. She’s looking for someone who can be respectful about her sleep schedule and can be tidy in the home. She does have a cat. If you have pets it can be discussed. I’m helping her as she is not tech savvy and is always super busy plus you’d get to know me anyways as we’re always hanging out (when time allows).
