I'm 50yr man that needs a room to rent. I can only afford $[REDACTED] I am very handy at fixing things and can do light remodeling and cosmetic work. I've worked in the past doing remodeling jobs. I'm responsible, very, very clean, and private. I don't like drama and won't be around it. I barely have time to keep up with my own life, to be watching and interested in someone else's.
