Your room comes with a private bathroom and your rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. You’ll have off street parking and a washer and dryer on. As a part of our community, you’ll have access to 4 community pools, gyms and parks. We are looking for a responsible professional with a reliable source of income. We are two females mid age and will take in a male or female, it all depends on personality and reliability. We have far surpassed our partying days, so we are looking for a mature adult who is not still in their partying days. We do require first moths rent upon tenancy and are happy to schedule a tour with proper notice. We live in a very safe, close knit, quiet and welcoming neighborhood.
