Hi! I'm James, and I'm looking for a roommate(s) to team up with for a house rental. I already have a few good house options I’m considering, so now I’m mainly looking for the right person to share a place with. A bit about me: I’m kind, easygoing, laid-back, and respectful. I work hard, keep things clean, and I’m good about doing chores and helping maintain a comfortable home. I’m not looking for drama — just a good living situation with someone responsible, friendly, and easy to get along with. I do have a cat, so you’d need to be okay with cats. Shes really cool though, no issues with other pets at all. My budget is up to around $1,500/month per person depending on the place and setup.
