New carpeting in bedrooms FEMALES only, NO SMOKERS, NO PETS. Within walking distance of the eastern promenade, minutes from downtown Portland. Utilities included except electric. I have a 5yr old high energy Border Collie and am a dog trainer and am very familiar with the dog world. I am a 30yr old nail technician /dog trainer and my roommate is a 28yr old female waitress.
