Description

Single room for rent in my two bedroom one bathroom duplex. I’m looking for a mature female or a very respectful male. Room can come furnished or unfurnished, including a 60 inch TV, the room also has a large walk-in closet. The duplex has a large fenced in backyard and a large carport, including an attached laundry room with washer and dryer. All common areas would be shared. I have an air fryer and icemaker amongst the other appliances and I’m willing to share as long as applicants is respectful and clean. I live right off of Cortez Road, so there’s many restaurants, supermarkets, bowling alleys, movie, theater, and shopping within range. Move-in cost is $1400 and then $900 a month thereafter.
