We have lots of options to make living in Huffman the best! Both rooms are $40/nightly, $160/weekly, $600/monthly. We are 30min. from downtown, 20min. from big river water park, Lake Houston and if you are anything like me and love the local concerts we are 30 minutes from the Cynthia wood Pavilion.*We have 2 rooms up for rent. Both have the option for up to 4 people (above 2 is an extra fee). For monthly tenants (additional full twin size beds will be ready added to your room) for daily or weekly tenants needing more space than a 2 person size bed, we can add a comfortable futon or Blow up mattress to your room. *Pictures of actual bedroom sets and decor to follow. Since these rooms were previous storage spaces we have not staged them yet but will have no problem getting prepared and fully furnished in 1-3 days. We are very eager to get them posted though so we are prepared upon move in. *You will have a full size bed, side table, dresser, TV and walk in closet. We also offer additional perks that are the same added price across the board to make it easy to track your all bills paid daily, weekly or monthly rate! Xfinity high speed internet add on only $5/daily, $15 weekly, and $35 monthly. PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. Same price as add on above. Only difference is each additional pet will be $5 daily, weekly and monthly, There is also an RV hookup next to our big shop in the back that is a available for your rig to get setup and the amp is plenty big for for the smallest of trailers to 5th weeks. This location will come with WiFi and will be $20/nightly, /$120 weekly, and $420 monthly. *We also have the shop itself that is 30ft by 20ft available for rent and it’ll be a flat fee of $300/month. *ALL PETS ARE WELCOME! We have 3 fully fenced acres and we welcome your furry friends. $5/day, $15 weekly, 35/month, each additional pet is $5 whether daily, weekly, or monthly. * We also offer mini fridges, hot plates, coffee pot pods, cooking utensils.
