Located at 4487 Crystal Drive, the home sits in a quiet suburban neighborhood just minutes from Walmart, Target, Safeway, Dutch Bros, Starbucks, Chipotle, In-N-Out, and the Highway 50 entrance. Available as early as May 1st. Rent is $1,000 per month with an $1,000 deposit, and $400 of the deposit will be returned after the first month if all rental terms are met. This is a month-to-month rental. Internet and trash are included. Electricity and water are split 4 ways. Off-street parking is available. Pets are negotiable. Vaping indoors is allowed, but no smoking. Family and friends visiting are welcome, and occasional overnight guests are fine. A couple may also be considered for the master bedroom. Tenants have full access to the kitchen, living room, and garage at all times. The garage offers abundant storage space. All interior and exterior maintenance is handled by the homeowner, so tenants are not responsible for property upkeep.
