hi i'm bella! starting a new job and looking for a room for rent, max budget $1600, pretty flexible on the area but here are my preferred: - manhattan: lower east side, hamilton/washington heights, hell's kitchen, midtown
- brooklyn: flatbush, prospect heights, park slope, bed-stuy, bushwick, greenpoint, williamsburg
- queens: astoria, ditmars-steinway, LIC, elmhurst, sunnyside, woodside, ridgewood, jackson heights looking for a laidback, clean, and communicative home atmosphere! i'm pretty tidy and would prefer no overnight guests (besides family). i love traveling, cafe hopping, and exploring the city, and usually like being friends/friendly with roommates. looking forward to meeting you:)
