Description

I am seeking a roommate for a downstairs bedroom in my apartment, located just 3 blocks from the beach and about a 10-minute walk to downtown Huntington Beach. The room is right by the front door with the garage directly across, and it includes a full private bathroom and built-in inset drawers. The apartment features a wrap-around balcony that gets plenty of sun. There is a privacy wall currently set up, but I’m open to removing it if needed. The balcony also has patio furniture and a Traeger BBQ available for use. The location is right next to PCH, close to restaurants, shops, and beach access. There is a 2-car garage, but it functions as a workshop for my car rental business, so it’s not available for parking. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t have a lot of belongings where the living room/kitchen would be cluttered lol.
