Private bedroom & bathroom

Description

I have two dogs (mini Aussie and Boston terrier) and a cat. I clean every day, please clean up after yourself and keep personal belongings in your bedroom and bathroom. No smoking, drinking, or having a man sleepover inside the house. Also no loud noise after 9PM. You are more than welcome to decorate in your room however you would like to and use the kitchen and living rooms. Wifi and other bills are on me. Your bedroom comes with a bed/bedding. I am renovating but your room will be painted before you move in and I do plan on getting a dresser and nightstand for your bedroom as well.
