Hello I have a room to rent that can be furnished or unfurnished on June 1st 2026 for $750.00 and an additional $50.00 if you would like the personal fridge. Must be animal and kid friendly. I have my son who visits me and three dogs and one cat no additional animals allowed. Rent included electric, water, gas, and internet. Will have background check done. 6 month lease to start and $1250.00 deposit which is first, last, and security. Once lease is up and you would like to stay it will be every months but security will not have to be done everytime or first and last.
