looking for roommates for this beautiful 3/1 in south miami near UM, femme preferred but will consider anyone, possibility for 12 month lease but also possibility for just June and July, dm for details piz share too! June 1st move-in, between 1200 and 1400/month including utilities, 12 month lease, but the landlord said they may be able to give a 2 month grace period before starting the lease, during which the rent would be reduced and be closer to 900/month
