IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN OR FIRST WEEK OF JUNE Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to renew a 1-year lease starting from the first week of June for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. My current apartment is at Vista 99 Montana, San Jose, CA 95134. Currently, the master bedroom is available, and the total rent is around $4200, split between both roommates, with the master bedroom slightly more. I’m also flexible with room preferences if someone would prefer the other bedroom instead. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and preferably vegetarian. I need to finalize the lease renewal soon, so please reach out if you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit! I’m also open to starting a new lease together if someone is interested in finding a new place instead of renewing the current apartment.
