Looking for Studio / Apt in Dublin

I'm from Argentina and I'm moving to Dublin to study. I'm 42 years old and I work remotely in IT. I'm clean, respectful, easygoing, and non-smoking. I’ll be moving with my small dog — he’s 10 years old, only 5 kg, very quiet, and well-behaved. I'm looking for:
preferably a studio/apartment, but I’m also open to a room in a shared house
preferred area: open to any area with good public transport to the city centre

budget: €1,000–€1,200 per month (flexible)
