Rent is $1050 and includes all utilities (included internet) minus electricity, which we split 50/50. I do have 2 cats 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ so please no extra animals. I clean the house twice a week, and take care of all maintenance issues. I just had the carpets professionally cleaned and a new AC unit was installed last summer.
