Looking for a roommate

Hello, I'm looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom one bath duplex. The duplexes located in Menasha, near Hekrodt Nature Preserve The bedroom is a tad on the small side, but it's a really nice place, with lots of storage space. The basement is huge, has a nice backyard and a driveway. I have some living room furniture, feel free to bring whatever Furniture you like and we'll figure out where we can put it. The place is $535, plus utilities, and is available July 1st.
