Apple Valley Room for Rent

We have a golden girls situation here. Room for rent with shared bathroom. Full access to Kitchen and Laundry. I do work from home in the living room so house has to be quiet from 7am to 4pm. You can still make meals and do laundry during the day just can't watch TV out here until after 4pm. 3 bd house 2 bath with a small farm(LOL) of cats and dogs. Must be an animal lover and not be allergic to cats and not afraid of dogs. Other roommate is disable but very active and out of the house just about everyday during the day time. Share the common area chores. Clean up after yourself. The Gas and Electric bill with be split 3 ways. I pay trash and water. Free wifi. You must be tolerant and easy going and responsible to pay your bills on time. We like to hang out at times watch movies or TV together and make occasional meals together. NO DRUGS or HEAVY DRINKERS - Outside smoking only. 420 friendly(Outside only)
