Cleaning service is provided for shared areas, and household cleaning supplies are included. There are two friendly house cats, so you must be comfortable with pets. Looking for someone who is employed, responsible, clean, and easygoing. No heavy partying or frequent overnight guests. Room is not available for showings yet.
