Unfurnished Rooms for Rent

I have two unfurnished rooms that are available for rent. One bedroom is on the first floor near the front door, and includes its own private bathroom. The next bedroom is on the second floor as well, including its own private bathroom. The bedroom is bigger than that on the first floor, has a walk-in closet, and includes parking inside the garage for an additional $100 per month. Property includes all utilities in the price of the room, access to neighborhood amenities, pool, and trails around the neighborhood. Publix Plaza is within walking distance of the house. The Internet is very fast, with 1G fiber optic. Access to all common areas of the house, a large TV in the living room with a big comfy couch, and the loft as well, with a large TV and recliners with a WII. A Pool/Ping Pong table is downstairs as well as a dining room. Outside seating is available in the enclosed backyard. The kitchen is loaded with all you may need, and a grill is available for use as well. Laundry is located on the second story and includes a washer and dryer. The house is new construction, finished in February of this year. There is construction occurring around the house, as the neighborhood is still being built. A Security deposit will be required for 2 months’ rent. Neighborhood requires 10 month minmium lease. Pets are not allowed, and storage is limited to your room and bathroom. The house is currently just me living on the property. I’m 24 years old, I do have family and a girlfriend who will visit here and there, but due to my schedule and availability, I’m usually more away from home than actually home. I’m only currently looking to rent two rooms in my 4-bedroom house. I myself am a very clean person, and I am looking for reliable roommates who are also clean and respectful to my beautiful new home.
