Apartment DTSJ in September

hi! looking for a roommate in dtsj come SEPTEMBER. it has a pool, hot tub, gym, mail room, parking, pool table, in-unit washer-dryer, hardwood floors, and a balcony. i have everything (mostly) for common areas, you'd just need items for your own room. the living room theme is yellow and full of plants:)
i currently live alone with my cat (super sweet but not cuddly). we are lgbtq+ preferred and 420 friendly. all identities are welcomed and appreciated, but age 24-35 preferred. we are mostly clean and love to chill at home. i am a current grad student who works part-time, which does not give me much time to do things outside of the complex. i love going to the gym and the pool, watching tv, reading, and art! if youre interested, message me for a link to my roommate questionnaire!
