Secluded Room

Description

Me and my boyfriend are about to buy a house and are looking for a roommate to for the spare bedroom upstairs! The master bedroom is on the main floor while the spare bedroom is upstairs, which would basically be yours. The only shower is upstairs as well but there is a half bath downstairs that we would mainly use except to shower. There is plenty of storage down in the basement and in the kitchen. Also plenty of parking whether in the back via alley or in the front. I do have a small hypoallergenic dog but she loves people once she gets to know them. All utilities included in price as long as it is reasonable WiFi, water, and electricity. There is a dishwasher and we will be getting a washer and dryer We will be moving in mid-late June.
